Open Meeting (parallel sessions)

The Open Session will be held in English. It consists of 7 blocks (A to G), each with up to 20 parallel sessions. Each session is 90 minutes and consist three 30 minutes presentations (including Q&A). If there are only two presentations in your session, we kindly ask you to finish the session after 60 minutes. This gives you the opportunity to attend other interesting lectures in parallel sessions. Session chairs are advised to be strict with keeping time. Please moderate the Q&A well, i.e. make sure questions and answers are short and sharp, and ensure the discussions remain professional. All conference participants must confirm compliance with a code of conduct when registering for the annual conference in order to avoid insulting or discriminatory comments.

We provide the technical infrastructure for the sessions on the virtual conference platform (BigBlueButton/Zoom). We recommend the Session Chairs to test the online session in advance. We would also like to ask all presenters to arrive at the webinar 15min before the start of the session to test the microphones and webcams. We will keep you up to date on developments.
